Brief:

The Greenwhich Mercure London contract was one that we competed for against a number of already established international entities who had completed fit out projects in the past for the Accor group (parent group of Mercure). On awarding the contract, the client highlighted how the experience and quality of expertise that Abbey Facilities could provide and the efficiencies that were promised were the key factors in awarding the contract.

The client tasked Abbey Facilities with delivering a fit out to all 150 guest bedrooms and suites that would offer the luxury product that they were looking to market while also delivering efficiencies on cost without losing quality with a product that would deliver a longevity of a minimum of 10 years before a capital expenditure programme would be required.

Tech Spec: 150 x 50sq M Bedrooms fitted out to 4 Star Mercure approved international standard which included built in wardrobes, head boards, vanity units, coving.
